Lynn Talbott, President and Founder, has helped over 100 Chattanooga startups achieve real financial success. She is passionate about entrepreneurs and spends time assisting and guiding them through their first few years and beyond. She’s a QuickBooks expert, trainer and business coach, and her signature turnkey approach provides businesses with a solid foundation of bookkeeping and support. She specializes in customizing solutions for clients, helping them figure out what works best for them. 

Lynn also specializes in Human Resources Management and Training and was a Corporate Trainer and HR Manager for a Fortune 500 Company in Seattle before moving to Chattanooga.

She holds a BS in Business with a concentration in HR Management, and an MBA.  As an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Lynn teaches QuickBooks and Bookkeeping classes through the Small Business Development Center in Chattanooga.

In October 2015, she received the TSBDC Small Business Person of the Year Award for Chattanooga and was recognized as a 2015 Rising Star.

Sharon Peterson, Operations Manager and Certified QBO ProAdvisor has 15 years' experience in QuickBooks and Project Management, primarily in construction and aviation. Her most recent employment involved $5-15 million dollar projects for a Georgia construction company. Sharon's background also includes HR audits and compliance matters.

Liz Hickman is a Certified QBO ProAdvisor and a Personal Bookkeeping Coach. She has over 10 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance industry, including overseeing a broker compensation team. She enjoys working with new entrepreneurs one-on-one and is our go-to in-house trainer for QBO. Liz also has experience working for non-profit in a variety of capacities such as community outreach & events, bookkeeping and office operations. Liz holds a Bachelors of Science.

Julie Hill is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor.  She is our senior QBO trainer and and is our go-to remote access trainer. She is a Personal Bookkeeping Coach and has over 8 years of bookkeeping experience in corporate, non-profit and small businesses. She has extensive knowledge with high-end financial applications as well as with QuickBooks and QBO integrated apps. Her versatility ranges from retail sales invoicing to daily financial operations.

Her background includes industries such as healthcare, construction, residential property rentals, non-profits, and multi-company, subsidiary accounting. Before relocating to Chattanooga in 2011, Teresa owned her own bookkeeping firm specializing in helping small- to medium-sized businesses.
