QuickBooks Online & Apps for Non-profits

Date: Wednesday, May 17th

Time: 9 a.m. till Noon

PLEASE NOTE: Held at the Center for Non-profits (630 Market Street)

One of the ways non-profits can trim their budgets is by streamlining office processes. Data entry can be tedious and time-consuming, whether it’s receipt-keeping or paying bills or tracking meals and travel expenses or entering payroll. Thankfully, implementing 21st-century technology can help! Using apps can increase efficiency in report preparation and minimize year-end stress when turning in financial data to your accountant.

But, what if you don’t have time to figure out which apps can benefit your organization? And even if you find a few, what if the apps you choose aren’t user-friendly when it comes to syncing with your accounting software? You want to make sure you’re maximizing dollars, not wasting them. This is where having a bookkeeping consultant can benefit you – especially if your consultant is familiar with cloud-based accounting resources.

Bring your laptop if you have one with the QB file loaded on it.  Presented by Lynn Talbott, owner of HR Business Solutions.  Lynn is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and skilled trainer.  She assists non-profits and entrepreneurs with their bookkeeping and HR systems.
